Design drawing for an advertisement for Anchor butter shows a young girl crouched beside a lily pond on a paved terrace. She is picking waterlilies and putting them into a bowl beside her. In the lower right foreground is a half opened packet of Anchor butter. Beyond the paved terrace is an archway leading out to an avenue of trees and a field where cows are grazing. There is an anchor at top left. Dated from the time of appearance in the Brett's Christmas number, 1 December 1937
