Description

Below a waterfall on the Ohau Stream, up to thirty or more young seals fool around in the pool. It was hard to count them as they swam rapidly around, backwards and forwards, diving and jumping, chasing each other in the pool beneath the waterfall. A few rested on rocks, dozed or just looked at one with their doleful eyes.
