Wonderful Princesses

A DigitalNZ Story by Chelsea

Liked most young girls, as a child I was obsessed with Princesses and this obsession seems to have endured into my adult years. Naturally the first set I have made on Digital NZ is called 'Wonderful Princesses'. Seems New Zealand as a nation has a bit of a love affair with Princesses too, with not just a gazillion photos of Princess Margaret available but a rich archive of articles and photos that range from a stiff portrait of Princess Victoria in the Otago Witness 1887 to a smiling candid shot of Princess Ofeina at the opening of the Otara Tongan Methodist Church' in 1990.
