This boxed plastic model kit is an example of the Phar Lap related merchandise sold in the Museum of Victoria shop in the 1980s. It was made by the Breyer Animal Creations company in the USA as part of a series of models named after famous racehorses. The model itself bears little resemblance to the real horse.
